Fresh not frozen
All of our butchery and farm shop produce is delivered fresh, not frozen. We pack each order in recyclable material where we can and add an insulation layer together with reusable ice packs. We carry out regular temperature control tests to ensure our meat arrives at the correct chilled temperature.
Next day delivery
Any order placed by midday Mon-Thurs, will be dispatched the same day. You will then receive your order the next day. If you live a distance away from us then we will use APC as your courier. You will receive an email/text from our courier partner APC to confirm your delivery time slot. Where possible we use our own vans to deliver in which case you will not get the updates from APC but we will endeavour to update you as to when you can expect to receive your order.
Although we aim to get all parcels out on-time and delivered to you in the allocated time there is our boxes are packed with extra ice to allow for the safety of our products to be left out of refrigeration for a longer time period. We now advise if you have not received your order within 48 hours of it being dispatched, then refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return the box.
When you receive your order, you will have to place any and all meat products straight into your fridge or freezer.
Delivery days
We deliver Tuesday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). When you check out, you are able to select your preferred delivery date. If you choose a delivery day that we currently do not deliver to, your time slot will automatically be moved to the next available day. We will always try our best to contact you in these events.
For a premium you can also select a pre 12pm delivery slot or a weekend Saturday slot.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver nationwide to the UK mainland. We are unable to offer a next day delivery service to certain areas of Northern Scotland - the Islands and the Highlands due to the delivery time taking over our golden 48 hours from dispatch window.
How much is delivery?
There is a minimum order of £15.00. We charge a flat delivery rate of £15 for orders under £100. We have done as much research into delivery partners and methods to ensure your food arrives just as it was dispatched. In order to maintain these high standards, we need to use a specialist partner. Our chosen courier is APC. Todenham Manor Farm cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem. APC offer a tracking code which will be sent to you shortly after you have placed your order. This can be entered here. Very occasionally, if you are local to us, we will use our very own staff and vehicles to deliver to you. In the event we do this you won’t get a tracking number but we will endeavour to send you a fulfilment email instead.
