Sponge pudding (52%) – self-raising flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), thiamin (BI)], dates (13%), free-range egg, brown sugar, milk, rapeseed oil, butter (milk) (3.5%), ground ginger (3%), sea salt, bicarbonate of soda. Toffee sauce (48%) cream (milk), sugar, butter (milk), stem ginger (6%), sea salt.
