Our pork tenderloin is a lean cut of meat, perfect for midweek eating as it cooks fast and is very tender to eat. Add it to stir frys, make a batch of stroganoff or roast it stuffed with breadcrumbs and herbs, wrapped in parma ham. Delicious!
