Join us for our first event of 2025 at Herd, the inspiration of our new award winning Chef, Chris Ellis here at Todenham Manor Farm. Celebrate and relax with your loved ones in picturesque surroundings warmed by our log fire and plethora of patio heaters in a rustic tented haven.

Let Chris take you on a taste bud dazzling journey through our exclusive 3 course set menu as the gentle noise of truffling pigs serenades you in the background.  

The star of the show is undoubtedly going to be the Todenham Angus Wing Rib. Grown slowly and carefully on our farm and then aged for 28 days in our on site dry ager, the wing rib is a cut from the rib end of the sirloin. Being next to the rib eye, it carries a little more fat, which gives it even more favour. It’s then handed to Chris who works his magic in the kitchen.

Tickets are limited to only 14 diners; you may seated with other diners so expect an intimate and unique dining experience.

Please be advised this is a set menu but do let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements when you book and we will have alternatives prepared for you.
